I am very disappointed with this company, their lack of response is unacceptable. I sent signed contracts to fund a deal back on 7/9 and in that time I have tried calling, emailing & even reaching out to the underwriter's assistant to confirm the funding took place. On two occassions I was told that I would have an answer by the end of that day but got nothing. I have since spoken to the merchant and, as of 7/17, he has still not heard from the underwriter to do the funding call, over a week later. In addition, I have also been waiting on updates on several other deals that I had submitted to this company, two from the end of June. Is anyone else dealing with the same issue with this company?

They're on Coney Island and Quentin. I think it's like 5 guys in that ISO.
