Fast Dialer - Large Sales Room - Asking for Advice
Looking for some professional advice on options to secure a large sales floor with a fast, efficient and most importantly affordable dialer for six days a week, sales floor of 20-30 sales reps.
Anyone have/had great and affordable results with a certain dialer?

Right now we are working with a dialer that can pump out over 1000 phone calls in a working day 9-730.
The dialer now is very costly, but worth every penny for top and experienced sales reps.
But we are looking for a dialer that can work with 20-40 reps at the same time, dialing 4-700 phone calls per working day.

Ubix Technologies. Give a call ask for Chris, Razz, or Freddie. They will hook you up and take care of anything you need. A+

Thank you KTK.
I love how people ask a simple question for advice and someone has to chime in with something negative to say.
Appreciate the help KTK!

This is a very competitive industry and there is a lot more to it then a newbie coming in and putting 40 monkeys on the fastest dialer in the world, 6 days per week. It's not only about numbers it's about conversations, trust, relationships, knowledge and experience in this industry.
My best reps average 75 to 80 calls per day, and the worst ones average 250 per day (we work 5 days a week, no need to make them work on Saturday). This is not because the good ones are doing "paperwork", we have a separate dept. for that. Take this advice however you wish, sir.

Agreed. Every industry is competitive.

What the "negative" responses are about its that you are cold slamming merchants with these auto dialers, so the merchants get to a point when they hear "cash advance" or "funding", they just hang up. So looking to pound out thousands of calls a day, only further saturates the market, thus making it collectively harder for everyone else here

Who said anything about funding or cash advance.
We are asking for professional advice on the top tier dialing systems offered on the market as of today.

I guess you're not in the cash advance game. How did you find us?

This is the issue that you have when there's no barriers to entry, and where literally anybody with a heart beat and a pulse can just setup a predictive dialer (hosted or in the cloud) to crank out calls selling 1.45 factor rated advances over 6 months (of course with an additional broker fee tacked on top of the 1.45 factor).
The fact is that the established people within this industry need to come together to do something to protect all of our interests. We need to develop some type of certification program that requires the individual (or company) to be certified/licensed to participate as well as do other things such as require continuing professional education, licensing fees, etc. Accompanied with this would need to be some type of Board to regulate and police such actions. This needs to be something we do from a Private sector standpoint, not a Government Regulatory Board standpoint.
That would burn off the excess "fat" in the industry, which are just these random guys who worked at Burger King flipping whoppers just three days ago, now sitting somewhere running through 300 calls a day on a predictive dialer selling a product they don't even understand, because they are supposedly going to make "six figures this year" by doing so. All these guys are is excess "fat" that's stopping the "muscle" (the true experienced reps) in the industry from being "displayed" in front of the merchant.
I'm all for competition because, "iron sharpens iron," but this situation isn't like that at all, all these guys are is excess fat and a complete waste of time and resources. The merchants end up just stopping calls from anybody calling them about "capital" even if we might be calling them with an actual innovative and competitive funding solution with excellent pricing.
Without having this type of barrier to entry, expect it to continue to get worse because the recruiting ads to these inexperienced guys telling them they can all make six figures this year, have not stopped and will not stop.Last edited by jotucker1983; 07-20-2015 at 12:55 PM.
