Business does between 300 to 500k per month with a preexisting offer for 200k 1.45 factor $2,302 daily payment over 4 months...no nsfs credit score is low as he has been shopped around. Client feels payment is too high and would take less money and a lower payment. If offer was for 85k 1.45 factor for 4 months, client would accept.

Offer is from a different ISO and is refusing to work with anyone but myself

Why not package the deal up and present to another B,C,D funder such as Lendini, Superior or Cresthill, for instance?

Additionally, something doesn't add up with his "original" deal. $200k with a 1.45 factor over 4 months should have a daily payment closer to $3295 - not sure where they are getting $2,302 unless that's a 5 to 6 month deal.
