Invoice/Contract Factoring
I have a client who is in the middle of completing a project for the State of NY and needs some funds in order to finish up this project. But it won't be done for another 18 months. Is there anyone out there that can take this type of deal and not have to collect until the project is complete and the State pays my client?

Talk to lenny leff at strategic funding source. They do all kinds of factoring now. Not sure if your deal is a candidate though
