Bank loan program for Puerto Rico Merchant
Merchant is looking for a million dollars and is from Puerto Rico. Ridiculous statements of 2 million + a month with ending daily balances of 100k-1.4 million. He only wants an exclusive program. Anyone out there do anything under 18%?

what does he need $1 million for, if he already has one million in the bank? Sounds like fraud to me
