Your client should be careful with who she hired. Typically debt resolution firms don't do much with tax liens.
In regards to the tax lien if they have verification that they are making payments on the lien and everything else looks good they should be be able to get approved.

We fund merchants with tax liens so long as they have a payment plan in place. However, we do fund merchants with tax liens and will not require payment plan as long as the liens do not exceed 100k. Please don't hesitate to contact me if the latter applies to your merchant
