Hello,
Does anyone know what UCC filing for "corporation service" is ? Client doesn't remember, most likely an MCA company but I'm looking for their "dba"

CSC files UCC's for a variety of companies, including On Deck and Can I believe. They also file for leasing companies as well

good luck in trying to get a payoff. They never respond, and you can only email them. It could be swift or ondeck usually

They also file for mortgages. Good luck cold calling advance companies, mortgage banks, leasing companies, factoring companies...etc

they are usually long paid off, at least that was my experience with them.

Bank statements never change. Based on my experience from personal and business I can go back further than a year on all of my online bank statements. If was super curious I would request the client to have the bank fetch an old statement around the time that the UCC was file to review. Also, the merchant has the original contract because it was probably emailed to them. Maybe the merchant isn't telling you the whole truth...
