This shouldn't concern anyone. Those firms are the cockroaches of the legal industry and just try to file lawsuits anytime a stock goes down so they can pad their own pockets. Their plan is to convince some investors to file suit with them and then they sue the company trying to get reimbursements for the investor losses. If by any miracle they happen to win then they typically keep all the money themselves for legal fees.
