SBA Loan for gas station
I have a gas station owner (2 locations) plus owns a towing company(18k monthly) and car rental company (45k monthly) as well. 750+ credit, great ledgers doing 300k and 500k for the 2 locations. Has no advances, no Bk, no NSFs or any derogatory reports on his credit, or tax liens. Is looking for a SBA loan in the range of 5% to 12%. Also owns each location and the land out right. Any suggestions?
