    Roofing Co. Looking for 5-700K Term Loan. Does $6M/year Avg. $2.6M in Assets

    This company's best months start this month through end of Nov.
    They had a slow start for the year due to tough winter & rain all spring but still average about $180K/mo. FICO 612-680.
    Looking for $700K ideally to consolidate a couple of debts, and have working capital not to miss out on busy season.
    Needs monthly payment unless term is lengthy and allows him really low payments he can live with.

    Plenty of Assets available but prefers simple personal guarantee as an option to get faster funding and start jobs (unless you're an asset-based company that can get him funds within 4-5 days for sure).

    This looks like a factoring deal. We specialize in construction factoring but you are generally talking about 7-10 business days.

    When you say “we offer” what you mean is that you broker the deals. You aren’t the lender, correct?
