I can't tell you the rates until I know a few answers:
Who owns the real estate- the one ultimately liable to pay the invoices
Is he the prime contractor?
If he's a sub?
Is the job bonded?
Is there any retention?
The list goes on. Approximate rates for factoring about 3-4% discount.
the best thing to do is arrange a call with them.
