This guy is depositing anywhere from 250-500k a month
Always ending the month strong, his statements dont show daily balances, so im not sure what his daily situation is. Been in business for like 50 years, does scrap metals, dude doesnt know his own fico score...

So long as there aren't many returns like you said I am sure I can get this done. We would definitely need to do a 3rd party bank verification before funding which would show daily balances but it sounds like there is enough ODP whereas balances shouldn't be negative.

If they have less than 5 Negative Days but a lot of overdrafts we can work with them. If he takes Credit Cards we are more lenient with the Negative days, we would need to show that he can afford the payments though.
