I have a restaurant deal. Merchant is looking to use property as collateral. Property 1. Was appraised at 800k has a balance of 650k.
Property 2. Is free and clear. Worth 65k.
Great credit looking for 5-10 year interest only. Also will to put up equipment in his restaurant.
Does anyone have advice or a source for this deal?

Longest we go out is 3 years i/o and equity is too light on the first property but give me a call and I may be able to give you better insight. Thanks
