Travel Agency Needs 450K ASAP. FICO 680+
Travel agency looking for 450-500K ACH for upcoming aggressive marketing campaign.
Needs factor no higher than 1.36 because they already have 1.32 with competitor.
Okay with paying off & taking on new 1st position advance, AS LONG AS 400K minimum funded.
FICO 680+.
avg. daily bal.: $40K (clean bank statements);
avg. ending balance: $30K
avg. monthly dep.: $500K 90% credit card based.
avg. # of deposits: 70.
Hiccup: $240K tax lien in a payment plan.
Easy file for the right lender. I mean EASY FILE.
