    Longer Term Lender

    I'm look for my merchant a longer term beyond 6-10 months.
    90k over 28 months woild be ideal. Does anyone know of a program that offers a longer term?

    Asset Base Loan

    I have a restaurant deal. Merchant is looking to use property as collateral. Property 1. Was appraised at 800k bal dance ofn650k.
    Property 2. Is free and clear. Worth 65k.
    Great credit looking for 5-10 year interest only. Also will to put up equipment in his restaurant.
    Does anyone have advice or a source for this deal?

    Consolidation Deal

    I have a merchant looking to consolidate 3 loans totaling 113k.
    Merchant brings in 143k monthly. 1.2M yearly.
    Does anyone have a source for consolidating above 60%? Or a possible resolution?

    WBL has no set % that clients must net on files but we require full securitization preferably with real estate. Give me a call to discuss. Thank you
