Game Changer, Sick of Paying for UCC's?

To me Info USA is a rip off. But Data is king i guess right? Oh well.

DataPress is almost here. We are about 1 week from having a Finished Product. DataPress Pulls UCC Data from Multiple Sources. Obtain the Data Quicker, and never have to pay for it again. InfoUSA has been supplying Data for our Industry for a very long time. Datapress will break that monopoly.

We want to sell everything, software, Intellectual Property Rights, everything to a Lender. In the Hopes they provide it for FREE for first look. as this would be huge. At the very least maybe charge monthly from ISO's who have it out of their residuals.

I dont want to run a software company and bill people and, no.

If any funding companies are interested, let me know.

How recent is info group data ? I know they offer a lot more than just data plus they dial over 1mm leads weekly to verify it.

If the UCC is filed an Hour ago we will be able to access it. Some States update their online portal daily, some weekly, as soon as it is there we get it. As soon as UCC is filed, we get it. Info USA has a backlog and must call and verify, we get it before them. This program gives anyone an edge.

Also, hate to spoil everything, but just came from a meeting, a funding company is interested, and i will keep everyone posted if it goes through so ISO's know where to go to get the software.

Info USA calls and verifies, to me it is pointless and time consuming. We pull it directly from states, businesses who get UCC's filed on them, the data is correct and available sooner than with Info USA. We are going to push them out of the MCA space.

We are MCA Guys. This will benefit the entire industry.

Testing is done, we have the 3 lifetime licenses out and that is it for testing purposes. We are moving out of the RC (release candidate) phase and onto the first version "Public Release". I honestly constantly argue with my partner over the price. InfoUSA charges a lot, on a per record basis, so we could potentially charge a lot because our software has no limits, but my whole ideal is that UCC data should not cost sooo much. I would like some feedback DailyFunder on what you you guys think is a fair price. Monthly Subscription, No Limits, pull as many records as you like, as many times as you like. What is a fair monthly price?

The price of your software is a rip off.

ANYONE and their brother can now download every UCC in the history of mankind for pennies per month. Real time updates, data cross referencing... It's a beautiful thing.

Why anyone would pay thousands of dollars for this when a couple hundred bucks per year gets them UNLIMITED UCC's is beyond me.

I personally don't feel that Info USA is a rip off.. They have been supplying great data for years which is not easy to do. This is obvious for anyone that has tried to duplicate there methods.. Data is King and Info USA has it. I use them now for my business and it has worked wonders for me. Anyone else posing as data suppliers or claim they have some secret software are dreamers.

I'm not sure what tool/system Jay is referencing, but one that I recently saw with a seemingly unique method not only for harvesting the UCCs but quickly gauging their desire for funding is www.UCCRadar.com
