This client does over $1.5M annually between 5 properties.
Will only use 1-2 properties as collateral. There is more than enough equity in those 2 properties for a $900K loan.
Best option would be interest-only line of credit type of product but term loan is fine.
(Factoring is only OK if you can do 24 months or better at low factor rate. Factoring is least preferred method).
Looking for 250-300K, no less, at rates no higher than 27% on a term loan.
Monthly payments or bi-weekly payments preferred.
