    Refinancing a Commercial Real Estate Loan

    I have a client that needs to refinance his commercial real estate loan. Any idea where this can be housed? Thanks in advance! mabusaad@achprocessing.com

    Depends on the actual real estate...where / how much is owed / BPO OR recent Appraised value?

    I use to be State Certified Appraiser back in 08, lots of things have changed in that industy.
