Everybody I speak with just sells a dream and comes back with an offer of 150k or less, they actually broke 500k in May for gross monthy, I need a funder who has access to 250-500k

Swift can probably do it. Just make sure you let the client know it will take about 2 weeks to close. They move slow and will stip your merchant to death and will ask for everything other than your unborn child BUT they can get aggressive on offers. Just set proper expectations...
