One of the hotels, I have the appraisal on for $2.2M, looking for 70% LTV cash out. 1st lien is $1.3M.
3 other hotels all at about 50% LTV, on which he wants max cash out for improvements and renovations.
Total Refi amount is about $4.5M. Looking for 5-20 yr terms, rates no higher than 7%.

This can be done but to be very honest your not going to get any time of funding with out due diligence fees and/ or some cash down. We have facilitated many hotels both flagship and boutique but they will need full doc and some commitment from you or your borrowers.
