Makes perfect sense to me -- CAN had a monopoly for long enough to dwarf OD's numbers.
What surprised me, however, is Kabbage.Zachary Ramirez – CEO

I simply don't believe that YSC has funded over $1B LTD and $290M in 2014. Syndicated, brokered out, and participated in LTD....maybe, but it strains credulity that they have funded over $1B.

Impressive, but considering that ONDK had $56MM(~12-20%) of its new originations as "unpaid principal rollover" in Q1 15' I wonder how much of the referenced data is simply renewal business. And if it is a significant amount, as most in the industry would expect, then the numbers are not as rosy as they look. There's a reason their stock is in the trash, and I am not sure it will reverse itself anytime soon.

My rankings said SBA 7(a) loans under 150k for 2014 were $1.86 billion.
The first link you posted says the same thing:
Other SBA loans that did well in fiscal 2014 were those $150,000 and under. Spurred by the fee relief implemented at the beginning of the fiscal year (fees were set to zero), these loans saw an increase of 23 percent in number of loans (30,675) and 29 percent in approved dollars ($1.86 billion) over fiscal year 2013 (24,923 and $1.44 billion respectively).
The second link you posted shows the dollar amount of SBA 7(a) loans under 150k for only between 1/1/14 and 7/11/14 to be at $1.37 billion. The full year number was $1.86 billion
Everything matches.Last edited by Sean Cash; 07-19-2015 at 09:09 PM.
