Hard money commercial real estate // clear title
I have a customer that owns commercial property in a strip mall (four units) with a valuation of about 1.8M, property is free and clear 100% occupied generating about $100,000 a year in rental income looking for $200,000, all taxes are current.
no interest in SBA I can do those myself or conventional *
