500 FICO restaurant needs a home

Have a restaurant down in Florida in a prestigious shopping center, been around for over 5 years and does consistent 130k/month with strong daily's (10k avg daily balance). Merchant has 2 advances for a total of 34,000. Has offers from the yellowstones and pearls of the world but is looking to consolidate with a 1st position funder for 9 months at bare minimum. Fico is 500 but tri-merge pull may reveal one of the bureaus to report sub 500. Is there anyone that can do this deal. Direct funders only please.
