I come across someone looking for money to purchase a business quite often , of all shapes and sizes ! So I really need to know what you or anyone else out there is looking for to facilitate this type of deal.

For example right now I have a client looking to purchase a trucking company that grosses 2 million a year .
Asking prices is 350k and they have 50k for a down payment!

Is that something of interest , what else would you need know ?
