    Commercial Property Lending

    Does anyone here knows any commercial property lender? I have a client that would like to refinance $875K with retail property of value of $1.4 million. What will be the rate and commission.

    Does the merchant have any other properties? Equity is roughly 525K and most deals the LTV is 50 to 65%.
