RE Investor Looking for $1.5M Rehab Loan for Fix & Flip 50% LTV
I have a client looking for 7.5-9% interest only loan for $1.5M, w/ 220K cash out for improvement prior to flipping.
This is an investment deal. Income does not support the loan. This is definitely not a full-doc scenario.
