    For commercial real estate acquisition, re-fi or bridge loans we can facilitate loans in the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico as well as the contiguous USA.

    We pay 50% commissions on closed loans, typically at close from escrow via wire.

    If you refer a client and the loan closes through our lender you are paid 50% of what we are paid.

    CRE loans from $200,000 to $100,000,000 USA only.

    Lines of credit for hard money lenders to $100mm.

    Lines of credit for experienced SFR portfolio fix/flip rehab companies from $500,000 to $100mm. USA only please.
