Serious Question
I see all the time the posts about deals have a blank looking for blank who can get this done?
My question is this, how many people have actually gotten deals done from here that they could get done with the banks they normally do business with.. I ask this because I find it difficult to belie that a lot of deals get done that an ISO couldn't originally get done with the banks they normally work with.. I can respond from my side of the table, I see many posts regarding a complicated file (Examples: Home based contractor, Limited deposits, Micro Files-low monthly deposits, Insurance companies, Foreign ownership, month with out revenues, tax preparations with no prior monthly sales,Criminal backgrounds, merchant opened new bank accounts, Excessive negative days -- the list goes on), moments after i talk to the post-holder they sign-up with cresthill and long story short a funded deal takes place.

It has become a good place that funding companies can be found. As per posting deals in the deal bin... I've been on the run around when I used it. There were some awesome connections made from it- maybe not that particular deal but it leads to the growth of lasting relationships.

OK that makes sense.. I was just always skeptical of the need to get a deal done quick.. When I sign up with a new bank takes a day or two by the time I have a chance to go over an iso agreement, never understood how you could manage to find a new bank for a deal on your desk when you have no relationship iso agreement underwriting guidelines.. These are all things I go over in detail before deciding to get turned on with a new bank

I feel like this deal bin is set up for new funders and new ISO's. Seem like its a good place for them to get matched up. ISO's that have been in this space for a long time already have relationships with the funders that have been in this space for a long time too. Your best chance to get a "hard to do" deal done is with a funder that has funded hundreds of your other deals in the past.
