I can help you with this file. If the client has Real Estate with available equity or vehicles that are owned outright we can fund him 2X the average monthly deposits. Let's say he does about 200k a month on average we can fund him 400k if he has enough collateral to cover that amount. We can either pay off his existing balance to get him a weekly payment or come in on a second position.
Keep in mind that using collateral will get him more money, a better rate, and a longer term.
I would definitely like to take a look at this deal as it is right up our alley.
