    who will fund a merchant that is not an American citizen?

    Freight transportation brokers, perfect credit, 100k monthly deposits, 10k daily balances, no outstanding loans.
    Has a green card!

    Arcarius will fund deals whose proprietors aren't citizens, as long as they have a green card or a work visa.

    Mike's right.. They can be a permanent resident or similar with a SS#... Based on what was described there are several options for your client..

    If the merchant has Assets, there are companies who look at their corporation documents and financials/taxes in order to qualify them. This is great for logistics who usually have collateral and real estate to back it up.
