Anyone have any insight into how the approval process for using their charter?

There is a standard to sign up with them and the selected banks and ACH companies that work with us (MCA ind).

Since there is no regulations and everyone is running businesses out of their garages, you need to have the basics in order before you even call them.

No criminal history
etc...

The list is like a page long to even get accepted.

Not trying to promote my company, but I have been working with many companies on the beginning process of approving funding companies and we are in the works of having full rights in being a filter to put the "stamp" of approval on companies.

Just remember, for every ONE vet in this business that wants to sign up or change their banks/processing there is 20 Noobs trying to get in the door to the point that there is a wait period or hold on accepting anyone who does Merchant Cash Advances or anything like it.
