    We are looking for driven, aggressive professional sales managers who can recruit, build and nurture groups of ISOs selling Merchant Cash Advance, Revenue Based Financing (ACH), Invoice & PO Factoring and other innovative financial product offerings to small businesses nationwide. The position is located in New York City but involves managing ISO relationships nationwide and will require travel.
    Strategic Funding Source is a direct funder and industry leader can offer the right sales manager the opportunity to earn substantial income. If you have been a major force behind the success of a dynamic sales force in any industry and can bring in sales from highly selective ISO, we would like to speak with you.
    The position requires a “can do” attitude to get ISO submissions funded quickly while managing realistic expectations. This is a highly competitive position calling for someone with the stamina, will power, finesse and street savvy to build trust and a preference among ISOs to bring their deals to Strategic.
    JOB REQUIREMENTS
    • This job requires strong leadership skills. This job requires someone who motivates and inspires their ISOs to achieve and grow consistently.
    • This is a job that requires an entrepreneur who understands how to build a business.
    • This job is not a 9 to 5 position. We sell to the entire US and want someone willing to service ISO business in every time zone.
    • A results oriented, no excuse professional who finds answers and solutions.
    Candidate Requirements
    • 3 - 5 years B2B sales experience. Sales of MCA & ACH financial products preferred.
    • A passion for speed and accuracy and a willingness to work long, hard hours to succeed
    • Superior verbal communication skills
    • Ability to perform at a high level in a team setting
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
    • Intermediate level computer skills, including CRM software such as Salesforce.
