I have a guy that currently has a side house flipping business. Hasn't generated any revenue recently, but carries an average balance of at least 100k. He is currently working at a major company making well over 6 figures a year. Has multiple properties and also has land to go with his 800+ fico. He is looking to develop a piece of land he owns outright in San Francisco to build houses. Client is looking for 500-700k to do the project and when it is finished its projected to make him well into the 7 figure range. Does anyone have any ideas where I could take this file?
