Does anyone have a source for purchasing leads of Mandarin speaking business owners?

I would speak to Sky Gao she used to work for Atlantis then went to some other company but she speaks chinese and has a strong connection with chinese business owners in NYC and can probably lead you (no pun intended) in the right direction.

Sky does have some sources but I'm not sure why she would give them up. Besides mandarin inbounds, she uses all chinese websites.

not give them up but sell them to someone looking to buy leads?

She doesn't seem the type to do that as she's looking for more herself but I guess you can always ask.
