Contract financing
Have a painting company that has completed performance pursuant to contracts with clients but waiting to be paid. Looking to do $100k/mo. in financing... growth has been hindered and painful.
Google searches do not bring up much for contract financing (note, what our clients have in hand are NOT A/R... they are legally binding contracts).
Contract financiers, please inquire within by DM. If you are a hybrid or ISO do not contact. Direct funders only.
Thanks.

http://dailyfunder.com/member.php/1596-MoneyMatchMaker is absolutely correct.
O mean no disrespect Helpinghand but you don't seem to understand your client's situation. You state that there is work they have finished but unpaid for but there are no receivables. Those are receivables and with the possibility of combining that with some pre or contract funding you might solve you clients situation. There are 2 or 3 companies that might be willing to look at doing thisddeal.
Good luck, Bob
