    i know WBL does the collateralized loans and it is definitely their own niche in the industry. My question is this if they give a loan based on someone cattle and the loan goes bad.. How do they collect and what do they do with the cattle at that point?

    An ISO of mine wants to know if he can collateralize his screaming kids...on a real note cattle can be classified as inventory and can be collateral. (if i am reading correct)...

    business is business and if a client defaults on collateral loan then he losses the rights no different then if i stopped paying my mortgages but with that said when someone is removing cattle i think they should contact http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mark_Burnett and have it be a reality tv show! would be a must watch event!!

    i thought I was having dejavu when I read this post because I do remember a story about WBL cattle and collections that went really badly but I wasn't sure if I was remembering correctly or not

    I'll bet WBL has a warehouse full of crazy types of collateral from defaulted merchants. They can sell the stuff on Ebay.

    Guys cattle and anytype of livestock is easy collateral and easy to monetize. You can take it to auction and dump it quickly http://www.cattleusa.com/
