    I'm on the firing lines and can tell you monthly payments (in my opinion) is not a sustainable business model.

    The bank does monthly payments. The reason the merchant is taking your call is that his/her bank has declined them. Therefore monthly is not a true option without an asset.

    LoanMe does monthly. Their model makes sense due to the large origination fees included on deals (10%).

    A lot of lenders that provide Loans (or ACH) in funding can just structure the payback as a monthly or weekly payment, rather than a daily payment. Usually it's available upon request and pending the current status of the client's bank deposits/balances/OD level.
