Anyone have any sources or aware of lenders offering secured financing in PR? Retail location looking to use the money to purchase a second location. Already has an MCA and wouldn't qualify for enough.

Looking for $50,000-$125,000 over 3 Years. Current open location property is valued $325K, owes $130K, FICO is between 680-700.
