    CC split with additional ACH payments? didn't BFS & MCC get pinched for doing just that in Cali?

    He does not take credit cards, and i never said this was a 4th position. I said this was his fourth advance with me.
    He is paying, so I am sticking it out. It will just take a while.

    that i disagree with, he has made money on the deal if offering a discount gets him out of the deal quicker and lowers the risk of the deal going bad then he would be crazy not to offer it

    I also disagree. I will offer him a discount if he can guarnatee repayment within a certain time frame. Give him an incentive to pay at a certain time.

    I'm with Matt & John. If a discount gets a lump payment in, he can easily reinvest that money into other deals and make back what he's losing by offering the discount.

    The goal is to get paid back at least the principal. If that means offering a discount on the total bought amount, go for it.
