I have the following scenario:

91 employees
Guarantor fico 608+ owns 52% of company
2014 gross revenue $19,990 653 Net revenues $3,473,568
2013 gross revenue $19,635,218 Net revenues $105,638
2012 Gross revenue $21 194 475 Net revenues $265,747
Last 6 months AVG ending daily balance is $162,952
Zero NSF/Negative ending daily
They are currently doing a bank loan for $500,000 on either a 2 or 3 year term to pay off a daily debit loan which they took out about 11 months ago for $535,000 on a 15 month term and a total payback of $770,400 paying $51,387 a month and has a balance of $130,000 and will net them $370,000. They want an ADDITIONAL loan in the amount of $350,000-$500,000. Daily or weekly payments are OK but would like 12-15 month terms. They are upgrading software seats for industry software required for their clients to interface with them as well as additional working capital.
There is an IRS tax lien in a payment plan, had an original balance of $120,000 and they have been paying $10,000 a month for the last 8 months, balance is about $50k.
There is already an ABL in place, and they do not own real estate for collateral
