    I Hate Salesforce! Need a new CRM.

    I hate salesforce. My sales team is using it but I don't like the price and I believe it is overkill. I don't need half of the features. Also, I need to pay another click to dial company for their service as an add on.

    I need a CRM with click to dial included all in one. Where can I get that??

    ZoHo is great, its cheap and integrates with everyone. It is a bit more hands on as you have to build it out the way you want it but for the price cant complain.

    I believe ISO man means a auto dialer, predictive or other.

    Yes. It's a system that dials down a list as you click. After the phone call you can just click next and it call the next lead on the list.

    we use snapforce, takes a little customization but good support and lots of features.

    2nd on Zoho. It's cheap and simple. Drip email, powerful search, sales reporting, and not redundant like the expensive CRM's. $13/month/user.

    I might take a look at Zoho at that price. I'm doing DebtPayPro integrated with Newbridge - the Newbridge is a great dialer, but it still goes through zoiper. Soon some smart individual will create something specific to the industry and sell a million of them.

    Zoho is definitely cost effective and user friendly
