Life Capital is a direct lender that just rolled out a brand new funding program on 2nd and 3rd position deals with one mission: To make sure that our ISOs will always have an edge over the competition. Here is the breakdown of the rates the client pays on 2nd and 3rd position deals:

2 months:1.20
4 months:1.25
6 months:1.30

On first position deals we look at everything on a case-by-case basis so that means no strict underwriting guidelines, if the file makes sense...we fund it! Typically we go out as far as 12 months and the best part about our funding program is that it resembles a true credit line. Before the merchant qualifies for a renewal, we have the ability to give them additional money on top without even consolidating the balance. That means more commission$ for you!!!
