Looking for a Home for my Deal

I have a small restaurant that does about 23K per month. They have been in business about 6 months. They currently have one advance with 5k left on it and a second option with about 4K remaining on it. The merchant is looking for more capital with the new lender buying out both advances. Looking for some input. Thanks

I have to agree...this is trouble waiting to happen. Sending to a funder is NOT a great way to start a relationship

I have been seeing this a lot lately, I had a guy in business for 3 months only, but great credit. Score and had 2 open advances at the same time, 1 amount for 10k an another for 25k. I dont know if its the real name of the company but when they pulled the ach it was vax and inc-ach.

Stacking like this. Not a care in the world for the well being of the merchant. THIS will be what does in our industry or hands it over to regulation.

I blame the merchants they are the one with contacts, they can say no but its like free money to them so they say yes an for these companies that do these deals they are only 1 or 2 month deals.

I mean we can look at a deal for funding as long as they have been in business long enough to generate 1 statement, its not our ideal situation but we will look at it
