Charging a Professional Service Fee (with lenders who allow it ofc)
Hi guys,
Does anyone have a general template for a PSF form? I have recently signed an ISO agreement with a lender who allows us to do so. I haven't been compensated through such a means in the past, so if someone can explain how I can word such an agreement, pointers I may use to close it, and what's a reasonable charge in the industry?
Thanks!
