New Era lending goes out 10 months and is the quickest to fund in that space they had a huge influx of capital and are very aggressive

WBL will go out 12 months, sometimes longer if the client is willing to pledge collateral and has ability to service debt on 2nd position. We have also gone out on term above 2nd position as well if it makes sense. Contact me for more details. Thank you.
