Tech company sells patented products to large retail stores such as Walmart, Target, Kroger, and the likes. The company does about $6MM/year, has 10 yrs in business, and is doing very well with cash flow. Their latest developed product is in high demand by even Walmart alone, who is begging for 1 million units in time to display in all stores by the holiday season.

There is a commitment letter from Walmart available, HOWEVER, no purchase order. The profit margin is huge. The cost of prodution for each unit is $14. It is then sold to retailers at $28/per unit, (which is then sold at MSRP for $49.95). Therefore, in order to get 1 million units, it would take $14MM.

Before anyone jumps and says this is this is a venture capital deal, I must stress the fact that this company has been doing this for 10 years. This is NOT a test run. There is a definite buyer in place, whose name is known internationally, and they are a repeat customer. Of course, if the purchase orders were placed, this would just be a PO Financing deal, for which I would need no help.
