Well, since 48 factoring already has an agreement with him and an on-going factor with future receivables, I am sure he can't just take them out (depending on how long they are going out with him).

Transportation is a hard business to consolidate because of risk. That is why factoring is a better choice. Example: What is the truck breaks down? =No future receivables.

In this situation, he needs collateral to use in order to put "less risk" in "taking out" any of the positions for this type of "consolidation".

You can then use the collateral on a line of credit that he can use at his disposal or find another factoring company that can structure a better payment option.
