Cushion Capital has been around for a little while now... They aren't "big" and don't like to be in the spotlight so much. I have nothing good or bad to say other than I spoke to a managing member of the company a few times in the past and had a decent conversation.

We have "facilitated" millions of dollars in VC and PE fundings, obviously whoever asked that question doesn't know anything about those industry types, or what the word "facilitate" means. To ADiamond, I believe the purpose of the question was to get back at our group for taking money out of small ISO's hands and putting it in our pockets. Very immature, either way, send us deals, we'll get them funded, can't beat us join us and lets make money.
