    Furniture store in Florida

    Hi I have a client who needs 30-40k. Furniture Retail.
    Deposits April-51k March-73k Feb-113k Jan-58k
    He has no positions this would be his first. Credit is mid 600
    The only issue is he is has a financial crime felony on and he is still on probation with the state of Florida.
    Can anyone help him?

    100% I can get funded for you BUT As with any deal you need to let more skeletons out of the closet. My guess based on previous furniture store deals is that he has NSF's. How many? Ending balances?

    One side bar: If his criminal record is for a financial crime then move on. No one will fund the deal and you're wasting your time.

    There are no nsf he runs a very clean business. Daily average balances are between 5k and 22k never any negative days ending balance between 2k and 18k. Again as I posted in my first thread it is a financial crime but he runs a good business.
