We have a construction company that has the opportunity to build to suit multiple restaurant locations for a restaurant holding company. The construction company is looking for $3mm to finance their budget. The construction company is not interested in paying more than 15% interest/fee.

Typical restaurant does $3.5mm in sales with approximately 25% margins on total revenue.
